

Reiki level I
This is the basic entry level for learning the technique of Reiki. Learn all about Reiki and how to effectively give Reiki in a professional way to benefit yourself, friends and family.

Whether you wish to work with people or animals, you need to learn to offer Reiki to people first.

Course Description
This 2 day course will consist of you receiving 4 attunements, as well as learning theory and putting your learning into practice with a Reiki self-treatment and guided treatment on another person. You'll receive a treatment too. After this course you will be able to give Reiki to yourself and, on an unpaid basis, to friends and family.
You will need to complete and write up a number of treatments if you wish to progress to level II (practitioner level).

All of our students are invited to our Reiki shares post training. These are regular in-person and online gatherings where experiences are shared, questions are asked, Reiki is both given and received and we enjoy a meditation and/or learn something new to support your Reiki journey.
Prices
Small group: £195  in2025
From January 2026 prices will go up to £225. This will be only the second price increase in 10 years and still represents extremely good value for the quality of training delivered. 
Timing
10am - 4:00pm (day 1) and 10am to 5:00pm (day 2) unless otherwise stipulated
Dates
Reiki Level I courses are run most months and alternate between weekdays and weekends. For specific future dates please click on 'Equire now' below.
Additional training dates are regularly added to this website and more can be arranged to meet group demand. Please ask if interested.

Cancellation policy
To cancel or reschedule your training, please get in touch.
For cancellations: your £50 deposit is non-refundable
For rescheduling to another date: it is asked that you do not change your course date unless you really need to. If rescheduling is necessary, however, the deposit can be transferred to another date for a £15 admin fee providing at least 6 weeks notice is given before the course start date. 
Alternatively, if the need to reschedule is due to unexpected illness that prevents you from attending or may put others at an infection risk you are asked to ring (not message) Sue as soon as posible in advance of your training to discuss the situation. In certain circumstances the transfer admin fee may be waivered.
